BACKGROUND 
On 1 October 2003 Amana and Kiewiet, two well known estate agencies in Stilbaai, consolidated their businesses into a company named Fleurier Investments (Pty) Ltd. They operate at two separate entities with their own agents and office managers. Both offices are situated at prime business spots in Stilbaai. Amana is situated at 4 Buitekant Street (opposite the Fynbos Centre) and Kiewiet at the entry of Stilbaai West.
